How does Reach protect my data?

Reach stores all your data locally on your device and syncs via your personal iCloud account. We never have access to your contacts, notes, or relationship data. Your information stays on your devices and is protected by Apple's security infrastructure.

Can I use Reach on multiple devices?

Yes! Reach automatically syncs your data across all your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account. Changes made on one device will appear on your other devices within moments.

Does Reach work offline?

Absolutely. Reach is designed to work offline first. You can view and edit your contacts without an internet connection. Changes will sync automatically when you're back online.

What's included in the free tier?

The free tier includes all core features: contact management, follow-up reminders, interaction logging, and iCloud sync. The only limit is up to 15 contacts. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited contacts and additional features like tags, filtering, and data export.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your iPhone Settings: Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > Reach. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period, then your account will revert to the free tier.

Can I import contacts from my phone?

Yes! Reach can import contacts from your iPhone's Contacts app. During setup or at any time from Settings, you can choose which contacts to import. Only the contacts you select will be added to Reach.

How do I export my data?

Premium subscribers can export their contacts to a CSV file. Go to Settings > Export Data in the app. Your export will include all contact information, notes, and interaction history.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please email us at support@bulpara.com with details about the issue, including what you were doing when it happened and any error messages you saw. Screenshots are helpful too!
