Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Reach ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Reach is a personal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application designed to help freelancers and independent professionals manage their personal and professional relationships. The App provides features including:

  • Contact management and organization
  • Relationship tracking and notes
  • Follow-up reminders and notifications
  • Interaction logging
  • Data sync across devices via iCloud

Account Registration

To use Reach, you must sign in using Sign in with Apple. By doing so, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your Apple ID and associated credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

Reach offers a free tier that includes core functionality with a limit of 15 contacts. The free tier is available indefinitely at no cost.

Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through a paid subscription at $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies
  • If your subscription expires, you retain read-only access to existing data but cannot add new contacts beyond the free tier limit

User Responsibilities

You agree to use Reach only for lawful purposes and in a way that:

  • Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Does not infringe on the rights of others, including privacy rights
  • Does not involve storing or transmitting malicious code or harmful content
  • Does not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems

Data and Privacy

Your use of Reach is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • Your contact data is stored locally and synced via your personal iCloud account
  • We do not have access to your stored contacts or notes
  • You are responsible for backing up your data
  • You can export or delete your data at any time through the App

Intellectual Property

Reach and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
  • Create derivative works based on the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

Reach is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of any information
  • Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or contacts
  • Loss of business or revenue
  • Loss of goodwill or reputation
  • Any damages resulting from service interruptions

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Reach shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App
  • Change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers
  • Update features and functionality
  • Implement usage limits or restrictions

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Reach immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App will immediately cease
  • You may export your data before termination using the export feature (if available)
  • We are not obligated to retain or provide your data after termination

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of Reach after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
